The electromechanical ATS flex delivers high-quality bundling up to Ø100 mm — entirely waste-free. A separate head and tie feed ensures material is used only as needed, reducing waste and cost. Quick-change jaws (30, 50, 80, 100 mm) and plug-and-play integration make the ATS flex ideal for both stationary and automated systems.
Key advantages:
Reducing the amount of cut-off waste from cable ties installed in cars. You'll be surprised by the amount. Watch the video!
The fully electric CPK hybrid is the fastest tool in its class, completing ties in 0.65–1.0 seconds. It ensures process reliability through digital tension control, repeat accuracy, and full data documentation via the HT Data Management system.
With the CPK hybrid, automation engineers gain real-time process insight and unmatched flexibility — wherever productivity matters most.
Highlights:
HellermannTyton’s ATS flex and CPK hybrid tool systems apply ties and fasteners to cable bundles accuracy and consistency. Integrated into automated processes, or used semi-automatically and flexibly with cordless units, they offer multiple benefits. The CPK hybrid is fast, flexible and portable – thanks to a battery. This allows you to tie smaller cable ties - in just 0.65 seconds per binding - and with a fully charged battery, up to 8,000 cable ties can be made. It can be used lying or standing and it can also be used with power supply.
With the ATS flex we can bundle waste-free up to a diameter of 100 mm. 3 quick-change jaw sizes in diameters of 30 mm, 50 mm, 80 mm are included, but additional jaw size is also available in 100 mm - Ideally suited for large-scale production.
The FTS pro brings automation and data intelligence to fixing tie applications. It processes T30SOS and T50SOS one-piece fixing ties for clean, high-quality bundling and flush cutting — with complete process data capture.
System benefits:
Discover the FTS pro, HellermannTyton’s advanced electronic autotool designed for precise, efficient, and fully automated processing of one‑piece fixing ties. Engineered for modern production environments, the FTS pro ensures consistently high‑quality bundling and perfect flush cutting - every time.
Whether integrated into robotic systems, used with magazine feeding, or - shown here in this video paired with a pneumatic feed, the FTS pro delivers unmatched flexibility for diverse assembly setups.
The pneumatic feeding operates via vibratory conveyor. Filling of the vibratory feeder is possible manually or via bunker. Different one-piece fixing ties can be processed.
