The Automatic Label Applicator is specifically designed to apply high quality pre-printed labels to cables and wires. By the automated process of applying time savings up to 50% can easily be achieved compared to the manual work. The special gripper arm design enables the labelling of flexible, semi-rigid and rigid parts with various diameters. The funtionality is as easy as sophisticated: Simply place the wire or cable into the gripper arms and activate the foot pedal. The arms will pull the wire or cable onto the label where the two are then brought into the Applicator and the label is wrapped around cleanly and securely. The Applicator then returns the finished product to the operator. This process significantly improves the time needed compared to manually marking work. |
