Application	This foot-operated hydraulic pump is designed for use with our HYCP630HE hydraulic crimp head, offering a hands-free solution for terminating copper and aluminium lugs and links up to 630 mm². Its intuitive foot control reduces operator strain and improves efficiency, especially during repetitive crimping tasks. Delivering up to 700 bar of pressure, the pump supports crimping heads rated up to 25 tonnes, ensuring safe and reliable performance. A manual lever allows for easy pressure release when needed, while the internal automatic pressure release valve ensures consistent crimping by releasing pressure once the desired level is reached. The 2-metre hose provides flexibility in confined spaces and is fitted with a Pioneer 3000 standard coupling, offering compatibility with most universal hydraulic crimp heads.
