Application Copper cable lugs are used to terminate the ends of battery cables and welding cables, allowing them to connect to other electrical equipment such as starters, fuse blocks, and distribution blocks. They are also used to terminate copper conductors. These lugs are highly conductive and capable of handling very high currents. The HellermannTyton range of Copper Lugs and Links complies with the Australian and New Zealand Standard AS/NZS 4325 Part 1:1995 and is manufactured from 99.9%+ pure, high-conductivity annealed copper, ensuring the best electrical properties possible. A crimping tool is recommended for this application.
