| Technical Description |
The FM-P388-040-00 Cable Management Kit manages the bend radius of 3.0mm G657.A2/B3 fibre cable inside the customer premise. The kit consists of 4 x external corner bend managers, 4 x internal corner bend managers and 4 x straight through the wall managers which ensure the bend radius of the fibre cable is maintained around door frames, architraves and skirting boards. The external bend managers are for use on an outside bend i.e. the top of the door frame, whilst the internal bend manager is for use on the smaller corners i.e. between the bottom of the door frame and the skirting board. The through the wall manager protects the fibre as it passes through the wall whilst maintaining the bend radius and providing an aesthetic finish by covering any unsightly drill holes. The fibre is inserted into a slot and guided through the hole plug. Once installed the cap clips into place securing the fibre. The cable management components are manufactured in PC/ABS and V0 rated making them suitable for indoor use and are supplied with a self-adhesive backing strip. |
