| Application | Many bundling clips are used in the automotive industry, which are usually attached to the cable harness with adhesive tape. HellermannTyton has created a new, much faster solution here. The clip is attached to the right and left of the beam with a cable tie to prevent it from moving. The ribs on the underside of the beam also eliminate the need for time-consuming underwinding for small cable diameters. The ATS clips with firtree foot geometry have been specially developed for use with our Autotool systems. By using the Autotool and the special cable tie holder on the foot section, it is possible to bundle the wire harness and simultaneously secure it with a foot section in a single automated work step. |
