| Technical Description | 
							The CFNIRC 19 Port Integrated Routing (IR) S length closure is supplied with a  curved entry block for managing rigid cables, a loop storage basket, IR Fibre Management system and splice trays.  The base configuration of 18 round ports and 1 oval port covers a cable diameter range of 4.0 – 16.5mm when using Cablelok mechanical seals.  The mounting system is manufactured from glass filled nylon and is supplied with 12 SC-B IR CFN 3A splice trays.  The position of the mounting system allows easy access for the routing of fibre on to the trays and the basket provides storage space for the storage of fibre loops.  The trays and fibre routing module are white which makes it easy to see the colour of the fibre elements as they are routed through the positive fibre management system.   The fibre entry block has dedicated PLC splitter accommodation for a maximum of 2 x 250µm bare end PLC splitters and fibre management for fibre direction changes and storage of excess fibre. Fibre retention guides manage the fibre elements into the IR system. All IR system cover parts are coloured blue identifying them as removable parts allowing access to the fibre. The CFN IR single circuit tray is manufactured from ABS and has moulded 3A splice positions at the front of the tray providing a maximum splice capacity of 12 x 3A (heatshrink) splice protectors upto 60mm long.  |
