    • Guaranteed smooth fingers and surfaces make installation and assembly of wires faster, easier and safer.
    • Snap-fit bottom rail ribs and latches provide an audible cue that insertion is complete.
    • Recessed score line eliminates sharp edges and reduces abrasion to wires.
    • Alternating head design allows covers to hinge and eliminates slipping, plus adds mechanical strength when assembled horizontally.

    Description HellermannTyton SmartDuct sidewalls are produced with an injection molding grade PVC material that ensures a consistently smooth surface and eliminates any rough edges. They are sold separately and are interchangeable with all SmartDuct bases and covers. When inserted into SmartDuct bases, the finger score line is recessed into the base channel, preventing a rough breakoff point coming in contact with sensitive wiring. Sidewalls insert quickly and can be repositioned, removed or swapped out completely to change sidewall height without having to remove the base. SmartDuct sidewalls are produced in 18-inch lengths with six heights ranging from 1.5 to 5 inches. Standard colors include white, gray and black.
