By adding electro-conductive material to polypropylene, we have been able to reduce the tendency for electrostatic build-up, compared to standard polypropylene and Nylon 66 products.
This technique prevents the build-up of static electricity, as well as preventing the collection of dust and dirt.
The products also have ESD properties.
ESD (Electro-Static Discharge) is a phenomenon that occurs when a charged conductive material (e.g. electronic equipment) comes into contact with, or comes close to another piece of electronic equipment.
It can lead to the occurance ofa variety of problems, damage and malfunctions.
