| Description | The S5 Enclosure is an indoor/outdoor fiber demarcation solution engineered to accommodate multiple fiber drops to the home, apartment or small office building. The S5 accepts higher fiber count outdoor cables, allowing SC or LC pigtails to be spliced while the remaining fiber cable continues for subsequent connections. The splice tray folds to protect the fibers, making subscriber adapters accessible for pre-terminated outdoor fiber drop cable connections. The S5 can be mounted on the wall to deliver up 432 op[tical splices, 96 LC or 48 SC connections to single units within a home, apartment buildings or multiple suite office facilities. |

| Technical Description |
The largest MDU enclosure is 568 x 375 x 165mm (H x W x D) enclosure and manufactured in light grey (RAL 7035) ABS (Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene), UV stable with an IP54, IK08 and V0 rating. The MDU S5 cover can be customised with a moulded or labelled customer logo. The S5 S (Splice Only) can be configured with the standard IR Fibre Management System (FMS) which accommodates 18 SE IR MKII splice trays giving a maximum of 432 3A splices and up to 6 PLC splitters in the FMS block. The 6 red retaining blocks guide the fibre elements onto the FMS and their foam pads can be cut through to accommodate a range of fibre counts. A loop through anchor bracket is pre-fitted on the left port of the base. The dual outlet of the bracket allows for loop through applications. The black rubber seals cover a cable range of 3-14mm OD cable. An extensive range of optional accessories is available upon request and include lock, multi-drop seals (24 x 7mm), M20 and M25 cable glands (up to 18mm), loop through anchor kit, drop cable anchor brackets, SC or coloured splice trays, splitter holders for trays, internal or external loop storage baskets. |
